Good neighbours both sides and very friendly neighbour hood.
Close to schools and shops. 10 - 15 min drive from town centre and walking distance to Oulton Broad.
Exchange for a 3 bedroom house in lowestoft and surrounding areas. will also consider Worlingham, Beccles and Bungay.
