Delightful 3 bedroom, end of 6 staggered terrace. The front of the house faces directly onto a large green area, home to variety of wildlife. We are in a cul-de-sac so no through traffic. Development of only 22 houses, non-estate. The house is well decorated with large slightly L-shaped lounge, with Pine fitted units in .kitchen/diner (16ft3 X 9ft3). Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, the second of which, has built in wardrobes, 3rd is a single bedroom (8ft 3 X 7ft 2) which, has a huge cupboard next to it on the landing that can be used as additional wardrobe/storage for the room. Also have airing cupboard and cupboard under the stairs. The Bathroom has a shower over bath. Downstairs WC. The gardens both back (35ftX18ft) and front are beautifully kept. We require 3 bed house/bungalow in WINCHESTER, DEVIZES,etc but willing to consider any areas if within a couple of miles of riding school/ stables and bus ride to a COLLEGE at least semi rural. Prefer off street parking, also downstairs toilet, and would like large back garden. Semi or end of terrace. Preferably short distance from the town. TRY ME.
