I have a large 2 Bed ground floor flat 5 mins walk from Winchester town centre. It has a lovely big balcony and is only 3 years old.

I am looking for a 2/3 bed with garden Winchester/CFord/Eastleigh and some southampton areas considered.

Would also be up for a multi swap - I have a couple of other places interested in mine but they are in places like Kent, Wales, Swindon.
