3 Bed semi-detached House Croydon (near Biggin Hill)

I live in a 3 bedroomed s-detached house which I have not yet managed to decorate (been here 2 years) yet. My main reason for moving is that I miss being near my friends and the areas I know well in Bromley (Bourne Vale / Pickhurst). Also I would consider exchange to Bexleyheath as well.

I have been offered an exchange with someone in Woodside so it would necessarily be New Addington that an exchange with me would be.

i HAVE A LOVERLY 2 BEDROOM FLAT IN BROMLEY ONLY IN A SMALL BLOCK ONLY CONTAING 5 OTHER PROPERTIES, I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 12 YEARS BUT MY CHILDREN NOW NEED THERE OWN ROOM.

I HAVE A PRIVATE BALCONY AND THERE IS ALSO A LOVERLY PRIVATE GATED COMMUNERAL GARDEN.

I HAVE JUST HAD A NEW FITTED KITCHEN
NEW BATHROOM SUITE
NEW TOILET
DOUBLE GLAZING
