i have a two bedroomed end terrace house in chelmsford with nice driveway for two cars plus drop kurb for another car. back garden has fence also outside loo. shed will remain.
fairly new fitted kitchen with spaces for washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher also has space for fitted hob and built under oven.has cupboard understairs. lounge has laminate floor and bay window.
upstairs is fairly new fitted bathroom. bedroom 2 has laminate floor and has loft hatch and airing cupboard with new combi boiler and main bedroom has carpet and 2 built in cupboards all gas rads fully double glazed windows and doors.
- lounge is 15 ft 8" long by 11 ft 5" wide.
- kitchen is nearly 12 ft long by 8 and half ft wide thats wall to wall
- garden is 56 ft long by 18ft wide
i am looking for a 3/4 bed house in essex
