Large 2 bedroom semi RTB in Lower Bevendean Brighton. 2 double bedrooms, utility room (can be a bedroom), dining room (used as a bedroom). Large kitchen and bathroom, medium sized living room - can be made bigger.
Large back, front and side very private gardens with 10' * 8 greenhouse - room for conservatory, not overlooked. Fantastic views, very quiet area. Private next door as are most in street, lovely neighbours.
Must be seen as there are not many of these left to buy.

I would like to move to West Brighton, town centre, or out of Brighton into East Sussex (preferably rural/semi rural).

I have a third party who wants my house so a 3 way is an option - they have a 3/4 bed non-estate house in Coombe Road area of Brighton with garden.
I also have a person who wants to move near Egham , Surrey as part of a 3 way.

i have a Council flat, Large 2 Bedroom ground floor flat with balcony available, in kemp town area, on Bus route and close to shops, very close to Queens park, newly decorated through out bathroom completly re-done also new carpet has just been layed through flat. Flat has D/G and central heating through out.

Flat has communal grass/garden area to rear of property with Nice neighbours.

ONLY MOVING AS PREGNANT SO NEED AN EXTRA ROOM.
