Not the best looking council houses but neighbours fantastic.2 double, 1 single beds. downstairs loo and upstairs with bathroom. In need of redecoration as done approx 3 years ago.small concrete back garden with 6ft fence and medium size front with new fencing - not gardeners so need TLC.living room, dining room and small kitchen.5 out of 25 houses on street bought in last year so up and coming area. new double glazing, bin bays, fencing, secure parking (with security gates)in car park that joins onto back garden so not a prob if you have 5 cars!!Council projects in the future to be completed. council with Right To Buy.we rent garage approx 100yards away which could be inc with transfer.hourly bus service to leics, coalville.thornton has 2 pubs,shop and exc primary school with just 86 kids! high school 10 mins away with free bus and of course a reservoir.surrounded by fields. very quiet.We want to move due to work and uni committments with very long hours. will accept housing ass or council, must have garden and accept dogs. Most areas in Leics considered but no large council estates please unless you live on the very edge as we are used to peace and quiet. Would accept 2 bed if had seperate dining room to be used as a bedroom. all emails will be answered. would like to move before school starts back. bright.spark@virgin.net

l live in Rothley which is a beutiful village in between loughborough and leicester just of th a6. its a 3bedroom house on a road with only about 10 council houses left, its not an estate and the village is highly sort after. its loughboro council and can be bought lve just married and want a new house as this was mine and my exs house.im using my friends computor and so if u are interested give me a call on 07961780507.
