We have 3 bedrooms,seperate dining room ,lounge, family bathroom with shower fitted, dpwnstairs wc ,close to excellent senior schools /primary schools and all amenities, town centre in walking distance,quiet area .
There is side access to a large back garden with shed
Lounge...14' x 12'
Dinning room......10' 3'' x 8' 6''
Kitchen .......10' 3'' x 8' 9''
Bathroom.......5' 7'' x 7' 2''
Bedrooms
front ...... 9' 3" x 8' 7" ...... built in bed over large storage cupboard
front....... 12' 4" x 13' 4" .... built in wardrobe and airing cupboard
back ....... 8' 6" x 13' 4" ..... built in wardrobe.
Back Garden........39' wide
" ".............65' Long
Front Garden........ 39' Wide
" " ............. 16' Long
Also have downstairs loo .
Walk in pantry all shelved , keep upright freezer in there as well.
Walk in cloakroom Half shelved
garden shed.....6' x 8'
We will look at any 3 /4 bed house , not mid terrace unless there is access to garden at the back.Must have up and downstairs wc's, larger garden ... would like a drive.
We are looking for places in SCOTLAND...... we want to get to be nearer our family. |

Thanks for the phone conversation ....... Good luck for your house searching .
Just a reminder I have to have the same as my advert above no smaller .Keep me in mind for anything else that comes up .

hello you emailed me last year and this year on cche forum) about a possible swap to mine,youve got 3 beds and the 4th as dining room...well if your still stuck and havent found anything by august and i havent found any in edinburgh then i would like to take a future look into yours ,area and schools ,shops and rooms sizes etc...
