Help please we need one more link to complete 3 way swap - two properties on offer - are you in Hertfordshire from Old Stevenage onwards up to Mid Bedfordshire - do you need one of the following:

3 bed housing association Victorian end terrace + garden in South Sheffield. Rent £60 per week.
The post code here is S8 9RF

Newly refurbished GCH and lovely hardwood double glazing. Two large reception rooms, large attic bedroom, master bedroom and good size 3rd bedroom, large bathroom with bath and shower. Set back off road with secluded front garden, small yard and large garden to rear with fantastic views. Close to town centre and great local amenities.

The garden is big enough for a small holding but access is via steps and there are foxes around, but other neighbours successfully keep chickens. The yard is large enough for some kind of structure .

There are 4 primary schools within walking distance - Anne's Road, Carfield, Meersbrook Bank and Lowfield.

Secondary Schools are Newfield, Meadow Head - good on languages and recommended, also also King Ecgberts which has a 6th form and is well respected and both Lowfield and Anne's Road are feeder schools.

A lot of parents round about try for King Edwards in town (ex grammar) which has an excellent reputation or Tapton or High Storrs which are both a couple of bus rides but lots of kids make the journey. There is a RC secondary in town, All Saints, which also has a good reputation.

Or

2 bed flat + garden in Erdington Birmingham, rent £53 per week - property is approximately 5 years old. Home is located in a quiet area off Erdington off the Tyburn Road.

Very large living room and large bedrooms. Good size kitchen and bathroom; plenty of storage space. Off road parking and a garden. Recently decorated through out new carpets and paint work.

Nearby local shops, bus route into town takes 15 minutes, and Doctors 2 minutes away, and friendly neighbours.

We need a 2 bed house/bungalow + own garden in Hertfordshire (Old Town Stevenage onward wards up to and around the Mid Bedfordshire localities. My sisters live in Mepperhsall and Upper Caldcote respectively so ideal locations would be near them eg: Biggleswade, Sandy, Hitchin, Arlesey, Old Town Stevenage, etc (but please not Luton, nor the Broadwater area of Stevenage). Property needs to be away from main shopping areas, parks, pubs etc, but close to transport links.

Will consider ground floor of house conversion but must have OWN garden.
Can you help ??

We hope so .........Su, Joi and Samantha
