3 bed semi want similar in essex

looking for 3 bed in essex with own garden

Were in a village type location in houghton regis bedfordshire, on a one way road, it's super quiet round here no groups of kids or noisy neighbours. Most of the properties are private with only a few remaining council, this obviously means we have a right to buy.
The area is really lovely if i could move my road with me i would. I leave the car unlocked most nights and windows open when i go out!!
There isn't a train station in Dunstable which is our town, but there is a direct bus route to luton(4 mile), where you can go directly into london . The bus stop just a few mins walk away.
My house is in need of a litle redecoration, i've have 2 young boys so the usual wear and tear has happened over the past few years, but nothing major. The bathroom and kitchen are quite small but very usable, both are earmarked to be replaced, i'm on the case about the bathroom. We have done nothing to it since arriving a few years ago.
The lounge and dining room are seperate with an ajoining door, so loads of room for a full size dining table.
Three bedrooms one really large, one good size double and one smaller, but not a box room.
We have three out buildings that are connected to the property via "the alley" private locable side of the house. here is a large store area, another room i use for a large fridge and freezer, also my washer and dryer. and the other a toilet. This area leads to the back garden which is a similar size to our front 20ft by 40ft. back is wire fenced and secure. front is hedged and gated. To be honest gardening isn't my thing so a little tlc wouldn't go amis, lots of scope to do things.
