4+ in Lincolnshire want 4+ bed in Dorset or surrounding area

I have a 4 bedroom house on offer with downstairs bathroom, and huge garden with rockery and gravel area (unkept). A driveway for one car, but space to park other cars round the side and back of the house. I live in a quiet village called Helpringham, in Lincolnshire, it has a village shop, village hall, pub, primary school and recreation field. Although the street has a few children living in it, it is reasonably quiet. There is transport provision to 4 secondary schools and the village primary school is very good. There is also a bus service to the nearest town, called Sleaford, there are supermarkets and lots of other shops, schools and services. The next village Heckington has a train station, co op, pet shop, mill, coal merchant, newsagents etc etc.

My house description is:-

Downstairs

Downstairs hall way 7'x6'6" excluding the stairs.
Dining Room 10'x 9' with hatch to kitchen
Front room 18' x 12'7" at the widest point. There is a chimney breast and a parkray multi fuel fire (ie: burn wood and coal) which is the central heating and a corner cupboard, with the thermostat and pump in and some shelves for storage.

The kitchen is 12'6" x 9'6" with room for fridge freezer and washing machine, including electrical fittings and plumbing for washer.
Utility room weird triangular shape before the bathroom which is 9'6"x 6'

Upstairs

Upstairs hall way 6' x 3'
Bedroom 1 14'9" x 7'7"
Bedroom 2 13' 6" x 9'9" excluding the built in wardrobe and airing cupboard.
Bedroom 3 12' x 9"6' with a bit that is 3' x 3' where the door is.
Bedroom 4 13' x 9'

If you download Google Earth and type in NG34 0RT you will be able to see the street from an Aerial view.

I need a 4,5 or 6 bedroom House, as I have 5 children. I don't mind if its rural , semi rural, or in village or town. Decoration unimportant, as long as the house isn't falling down!!
