I am looking for a Large 3 bedroom House with Large rear Garden in nice tidy areas around Eastbourne / hailsham to be near family. Within approx 15miles rad' may go a little further 'if' the house / rear garden are a fair bit bigger than mine Wink

My house is very well looked after the nieghbours are extremely tidy & quite & own there homes. My house is not looked over at the front or rear.
So well situated that everything is surrounding it but not on right the doorstep. Council owned, suitable for upto 7 people.
front garden 35ft x20ft , rear 70ft+ x20ft .
Large Hall, kitchen 11ft x 9ft with door to rear garden, through lounge/dinner 22ft x 11ft with patio doors.
1 average double , 1 sml double ( can fit 3 singles around sides with room in middle L-shaped), 1sml single.
