3 bed victorian town house

Hi and thank you for looking at my exchange ad.

On offer is a 3 bed Victorian town house in fair shape that needs a little TLC here and there. The rooms are all good sizes and are set out over 3 floors. Top floor has one very large bedroom approx 18x12 and second bedroom which is 10x9. Middle floor has the third bedroom which is also 10x9 and the bathroom and separate toilet. Lower floor has the Living room which is around 18x12 and Kitchen 10x10 (sizes approximate). Most rooms have been decorated just over a year ago, but there is still a bit to do hear and there. The house is set in a private road which is on a hill with views over London at one end and 3 large commons at the other where community events are held several times a year. There are several Primary Schools near by and a Secondary at the top of the road. Bus and transports routes are also from either top or bottom of the road that go into Central London and the South East.

What I am looking for is a large 2 or 3 bedroom house or bungalow or even a flat in converted house that has a large garden somewhere in KENT with preference to the Maidstone area but will consider Rochester and other Kent areas but must be within an hour of Dagenham due to work commitments and family……If you are interested and would like to come view please get in touch either through this site or via e-mail which is dclark28@sky.com
