Hello anyone down in Cornwall around the Newlyn, Penzance area,

I have a lovely three bedroomed house in a quite culdisac in a very sought after area in Bath, I live in Weston Village near the RUH hospital. My back garden backs out onto fields, it takes a matter of minutes to reach the M4 you are 3.5 hours from Cornwall and 2 hrs from London.

hi..... i have a 2 bed room house with bath room/toilet,walk in cupboard up stairs and down stairs good sized front room/dinning room, kitchen with room for table as well and walk in under stair cupboard, also down stairs toilet. garden to back of house.
On a small quiet estate with its own private parking,its about 5 mins walk from the fully working harbour. small view of sea from bathroom window!!!! we have great cost cutter super market, post office, chinese and fish and chip shops. also some great fish resteraunts and a lovely primary school.
about 3 miles from Helston which you should find anything you need including tescos.
