i have a 3 bed semi in grantham lincs ,2double beds with built in wardrobes upstairs and downstairs toilet,gardens to the front and rear all fenced off driveway with gates.laminate flooring downstairs in seperate dining room and living room and ceramic floor tiles in kitchen,most of downstairs newly plastered gch,pvc windows and doors.upstairs carpets ex condition ,schools,nurseries,shops,town,park,fields all within short walking distance.
