I have a large three bed eot house in a cul de sac in Becontree Essex.

My living room is 18ft and has french doors that lead onto a patio and south facing garden. I had the kitchen put in myself a couple of years ago which cost £4.500 and we also have an extra downstairs toilet and washbasin.

Upstairs is two large bedrooms and one larger than the average small bedroom plus the bathroom which is a good size.

The house is double glazed with gch and is end of terrace. I am also near all amenties, excellent schools, shopping, doctors, dentist etc and we have the best neighbours you could ask for. I also have a drive for off road parking
