We have a 2 bed 1st floor maisonette in Woodgate, South Birmingham. We are close to the Worcestershire border and Bromsgrove is roughly 8 miles away.

We have the best of both worlds in that we are on the edge of Birmingham so have easy access to both city and 'rural' living.

Birmingham is the countries greenest city with more parks and green land than anywhere else (It's also not really that big so getting from a to b isn't too much of a problem).

Our maisonette is the 2 storey kind and we are in a block of 6, with 4 properties sharing the intercom door entrance.

We overlook the Woodgate Valley Country Park and have a good selection of local shops, takeaways, schools, pubs and a selection of medical centres.

We are a 2 minute walk away from the bus stop that takes you to Birmingham City Centre and from there you can go any where (approximately 20 minute bus journey, 10 in car). We also have a few 'local' bus operators who take you to the Merry Hill Shoppping Centre.
Also close to West Midlands Safari Park and a short journey to Severn Valley Railway in Kidderminster.

All our rooms are of an average or good size:
Downstairs-
A 'L' shaped living/dining room - being roughly 16' x 16' at longest points
A 'compact' kitchen - 10'6" x 8'but not so small you have trouble fitting anything in! There is room for washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer.
A good sized hallway - 5'9" x 14'with spacious understairs storage - we had a breakfast table in the hall way.
Upstairs-
A walk in cupboard with own light roughly 4' x 3' (we played with the idea of using it as a mini 'office' but we need it for storage!)
1st bedroom approx 12' x 10' a good square room!
2nd bedroom approx 12' x 9'
Separate bathroom - 4'6" x 5'6" and toilet 4'6" x 3'

We have a roof terrace approx 10' x 12' (also fire escape access) which is shared with one other (vacant) property. Previous neighbour never used it and every summer we get the paddling pool out and my little boy has hours of fun! Useful if you have pets and the weather is too nasty to take them for walks or let them out too long.

Photo link: http://s253.photobucket.com/albums/h...t=4966d46b.pbw we are currently in the process of painting the whole house in neutral colours.

The whole area of Woodgate Valley has been undergoing regeneration (along with the rest of the country it seems) and we have recently had our electrics checked and they are due to be updated, the plumbing has just been insulated and water tanks checked. We have just had new secure front doors, and are due to have cavity and loft insulation work carried out.

It's a nice area to live with a wide choice of schools, churches and a variety of activities available, some good leisure centres/swimming pools not too far.

So if anybody out there is looking to move to Birmingham or just wanting a change then maybe we can help.

What we need:

We need a 3/4 bed in the following any of the following areas Penzance, Hayle, Marazion, Helston, St Just, St Ives, Camborne, Ludgvan or any where else surrounding. Willing to consider as far north as Newquay. For the right 3 bed property may consider staying in surrounding areas in Birmingham

If you think you can help please let us know and we will see what we can do.

As I have just been let down by a previous multi (other parties have decided to do a straight swap after all my hard work!) Will only consider up to 4 way swaps and must be solid! no time wasters please.

If you are not interested in our property then please do not reply - as I have had plenty of people wanting to just step into multi's I have worked hard to create and basically wanting me to find an exchange for them. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
