We have a end of terrace 3 bedroom house in minster on the isle of sheppey. Gas central Heating, double glazed, driveway, and a garage. Lovely big back garden. Being a end of terrace we only have one house next to us which is owned (by 1 lady in her 60's) most house's in this area are owned. We are close to local shops (5 min walk) which consist of chemist, newsagents, londis, a costcutter, florists, a chinese, a fish and chip shop, card and gift shop. Also have a doctor's and a dentist, and a vets too! We are also near local transport (bus) there are many stops near us. We are a 10 minute walk away from the beach. We have schools (primary, secondary, and college) that are all within walking distance from us. And in the road next to us we have a private school. We live in a nice quiet area of minster. We only need a 2 bedroom property a 3 would be ok too, not worried whether it is a bungalow or a house or what size size rooms it has all we ask is that it has a nice size back garden as we have dogs. We do not want a flat or a maisonette. We do not want to move to any estates,courts,closes. We are looking to move anywhere so are open to anything local or away. hi i have a 2 bed house in bromley kent br1 4se.it walking distance to shops,schools ,parks (3) and all public transport . ihave own use gardens front and back high fence at back garden as i also have dogs.off rd parking with room for a drive way.this house can be converted to a 3, there is a large attic as water comes from mains so no need for a tank.also large bed room can be split into 2.if interested or want more info then let me.
