I have a large 4 bedroom in Long Ditton, Surbiton, Surrey. Close to the River Thames and Kingston Upon Thames Town Centre. Approx 6 years old with 19' Hall, D/S Cloakroom, 16' Kitchen/Diner, Lounge, 4 Large Bedrooms (Smallest 13'8" x 7'8") Modern Bathroom, Garden Approx 90' x 18', 2 off Road Parking spaces. The property is located in a small Cul de Sac development of Housing Association Properties, close to a park and within easy walking distance of Schools. I am looking for a 3 bedroom house with garden and parking. All local area’s considered.

i would you be interested in northampton this is a new coldesac with 36 houses 4 are disabled mine is disabled it has a large bedroom downstairs walk in shower and toilet down stairs large kitchen with built in oven and hob and breakfast bar good sized living room large fenced in back garden with 2 sheds patio with pergona and garden and lighting 3 bedrooms upstairs ( 2 double 1 single) bathroom walk in cupboard through floor lift good sized hall way all doors are wheelchair friendly, small garden out front and a car port for 2 cars and lighting. big park, hospital, drs, all school levels, high street shops, town centre are all 5 to 15 mins walk away in all directions. this is not an housing estsate and people cannot cut through to get to anything very quiet nice area houses and appartments near us are all private and a 2 mins walk away. please can you get back to me and if you need photos i can ablige thanks theresa Smile
