I have a spacious 2 bed flat in the lovely town of Holt, And am looking for an exchange to a 2-3 bed house in Sheringham, Weybourne or surrounding areas.
The Flat is an upper floor flat in a block of 6 over looking a grassed communal area, which is lovely in the summer. It is very near to the local shops, school and bus routes.
The flat consists of 2 decent sized bedrooms hallway, large lounge/dining area large kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a large cupboard outside the front door and another spacious cupboard/shed outside for bikes etc.
