please help me move to northampton

please help!i have a lovley 3 bed semi detached house in the district of blaby/glen parva.with own driveway to the side of the house,fitted kitchen,w/c upstairs and down.new interior doors upstairs.rear enclosed large garden approx 30ft x 30ft.small front garden.double glazed windows with bay window to the living room.properties surrounding my home are brought houses.this is a very nice quiet location at the end of an avenue. Very Happy

i have two fairly good sized bedroom and one small box room which has a built in cupboard in,which was used for a storage cupboard and a wardrobe.
my kitchen is very spacious and there is enough room to fit a table and chairs in,the living room is average size and is a nice shape too

houses that are in this area rented very rarely become available unless the tenant is old and has died.

we have a good local primary school wich has a good reputation,along with post office only 5 minute walk away and news agents and a general store.

fosse park is also 5 minute drive away,and there is a regular bus service which goes to the city centre too.
i am approx 5 minute drive from blaby village town centre, and wetstone,and enderby are close by too. Laughing

my only reason for moving from here is too be closer to my friends who live in south northampton. Sad

the areas i am looking for if possible are as follows

blisworth/bugbrooke/roade/ashton/hartwell/nether heyford/milton malser/rothersthorpe/towcester/tiffield/grange park/wooton/wooton fields/
kislingbury/flore/ and parts of briar hill/

can you help me i am desperate to move closer! i am after a 2-3 bedroom house.

I wish i could offer you a house but i have got a 2 bed gff in Briar Hill i could offer you for an exchange. It is well kept and in a quiet area with a private garden, public park opposite and in close proximity to Briar Hill primary school. My parents live in Blisworth and it is a ten minute drive away from where i am so it is not a long distance.
