3 bed House Saxmundham, Suffolk We need to go south

We have a large 3 bed mid terrace house in Saxmundham, Suffolk. A nice quiet town about 6 miles from the east coast.

The house has Large back and front gardens and a drive for 2-3 cars.

We have 3 double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes.
Downstaris toilet and upstairs Toilet/Bathroom
Utility room.
Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen.

Our room sizes are :

UPSTAIRS

Bed 1 14ft 4 X 9ft
Bed 2 12ft X 10ft 2
Bed 3 12ft X 9ft 6

there is a walk in cupboard upstairs which is 7ft X 3ft 6
a 4ft wide airing cupboard in the hallway
and a 2ft wide cupboard.

The Bathroom/ Toilet has just been adapted with disabled grab rails for the wc and an electric overbath shower The room size is 7ft 4 X 6ft

DOWNSTAIRS

Kitchen /Diner with back door 22ft X 10ft 3
Lounge 15ft 7 X 11ft. ( the lounge is open plan to the dining area of the kitchen diner. hope that doesn't confuse you Smile

Downstairs Toilet 5ft 6 X 3 ft 4
Utility room with large Butler sink 8ft 10 X 5ft 8 ( we would miss this )
Walk-in electric cupboard 4ft 6 X 3ft 7.

Back Garden is approx 30ft X 24 ft.
Front Garden is about the same size maybe a bit longer with a driveway for 2 - 3 cars

We need to be closer to our ill Nan so need to move southwards

We need a min of 3 beds and would like medium to large sized gardens.
