hi everyone hope u all had a nice xmas and new year i am still looking  more now then ever as all the kids have left home i am needing a 3/4 bed house i would like to stay in paignton still will consider up to 20 miles out of paignton so if this is what u r looking for then fell free to contact me [/b] |

1ST bathroom 7.5ft x 8ft
2ND bathroom 7ft x 5.5 ft
1 of the bedrooms and the hallway are in need of decorating but it’s not bad
The house is too big for me now. My kids have all grow up and move on so. I need to down size I not looking for a shed plz don’t waste my time with 2 bedrooms
If you are interested in this house please get in touch I am looking for exchange to a 4 Bedroom house or a really large 3 bedroom with dining room no flats ///has to have a nice size garden and parking for my car (I like to stay in the Devon) but I guess if the right house came up I have a good think about it here is some pic i Will be taking more soon
