Am desperatly looking to move back to South Wales all areas considered but would like to be near the coast if possible. I was born in Cardiff and would love to move back to wales,
We need a minimum of three bedrooms four would be great. We would like a house with private garden. We also need to be close to local schools and shops with bus access as only one of us drives.
We have a two bedroom house in Warwick gates which is right between Leamington Spa and Warwick.
It has two large bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, downstairs toilet, living/dining room. Nice size back garden (private) and off road parking for two cars.
We are close to local shops, doctors and schools and have a regular bus service into town.
