I have a lovely well decorated 3 bedroom end of terraced house set in a quiet close, with the right to buy, large pretty back garden and good size front garden in a pretty close. My back garden is not overlooked as the neighbours who run side on to me have large private woodland gardens so it gives my garden a woodland look to it too. Back garden has security lighting. I have private parking behind the house for 3-4 cars. Also a back gate and side gate. I have a shed and also a large brand new tramploline which i may throw in if i do not swap with a garden as large as mine. Local shop is 5 mins walk as well as community centre and small park. Large kitchen and fair size living room which looks out on to the back garden. Well equipped town centre and retail/leisure parks 20mins by bus or 10-15 in a car. Mainline train station is 10 mins by car for trains to Brighton and London. Beautiful countryside and historic places not far away at all. We live in Crawley West Sussex in a much sort after area of the town. Most of my neighbours have bought so there is a non-estate feel to the close. Although people are as friendly as you would like to be. Mostly middle aged families although there are 3 families with younger children. 10 mins by car to Gatwick and large Industrial Area and walking distance to the best schools in Crawley and surrounding villages on the league table. We have lived here for 10 years very happily.
I am looking to move to the Arbroath/Dundee areas of Scotland to be near my family who live in Arbroath, so would also consider the other side of Arbroath to the north. |
