I live in a 3 bed, end house, in a quiet street. Have 100ft front and back gardens with right to buy. You could make a fortune with all this land. 2 double bedrooms and a single. Just doing work on it now, but is completely livable, just not to my taste.
Have lived in the town (woodham) for 15 years and i've gotta say that if i didnt need to get so badly to wales, then i would stay here forever. No trouble, great community, neighbours ect. Schools, shops, parks, canal, theme parks, motorways, within 2 minutes.


Would ideally love to have a 3 bed house/bungalow with garden.
