3 Bedroomed semi-detached house. Top end of New Addington. Bus stops outside door and 3-5 minute walk along the road. Nice sized garden with 3 storage brick built sheds (Housing Association home). Cannot swap until New Year though.

Nice quiet area. 3 mins Highams Farm Bootsale. Want to move to be closer to work, friends and childrens school.

Possible to swap with other person(s) 1 at Longheath near Elmers End (convenient for tram link (Arena)) and the other near Woodside/Addiscombe.
