Exchange wanted, Most Rural areas considered

Hello All...
I have a very large 3 bedroomed house in Claverham, a beautiful rural villiage 12 miles from Bristol, and 11 miles from Weston Super Mare..
I have one very large bedroom, and 2 good sized rooms ( one of the smaller rooms is being used for a double room)
Downstairs I have a medium sized kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room, both front and back gardens are good sized, and I have a driveway out the back,
I have a local (1 minute walk) post office and general stores, a local Pizza shop (about 2 minutes walk) and local hairdressers (2 minutes walk) the local primary school is a less than 3 minute walk away, and I am on the bus route.
I would like to exchange to a preferably 5+ bedroomed house, but would consider a very large 4 bed.. preferably rural area, but will consider most places EXCEPT BRISTOL.
I would be interested in 3 way, and any other way in which to get a very much needed larger house!!
so if anyone out there needs to downsize please let me know....

downsize i gess that me as i have a 6+7 house and in need for a 3 as all the kids have move on so have a look at mine and let me know if this is what your looking for so here goes

bedroom house semidetached house /housing association and has RTB status 5 min from the sea which has a separate dining room in paignton Devon beautiful coastal town very nice area the house has/ 2 bathrooms/ 2 toilets/ 3 large bedroom 3 mid size room the view from the back of the house is Country farm close by so you can see the cows and sheep from living room window
There is a big green at the front of the houses and a farm at the back of the house
With a nice size garden very nice built in kitchen ceramic floor tiles and in the dining room there is a bar made from pine with all working pumps - all ready for entertaining
Some of the rooms have laminated wood flooring (easy to keep clean) Gas central heating radiators in every room double glazed throughout and comes with working burglar alarm with PIR sensors to stop the cows & sheep from getting in and there is has a lovely chrome electric fire with a surround. Neighbors’ are really friendly, area clean The property is close to shops NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL JUST AND SHOPS AROUND THE CORNER we are about 5 min a way from main stream senior schools 10 min to sea front and town <<<<<<<walking >>>>> by car 5 min there are loads of open spaces to take the kids/dog for a walk and

1 of the bedrooms and the hallway are in need of decorating but it’s not bad
The house is too big for me now. My kids have all grow up and move on so. I need to down size I not looking for a shed plz don’t waste my time with 2 bedrooms

Thankyou for your message, I am very interested in your house, I did send you an email about a week ago but I am not sure if you got it or not, so I thought I would post a reply on here too..
If you would like more info eg: size of rooms gardens ect.. or you would like to come and have a look at my house to see if you like it please let me know..
