torbay area wanted

hi all
I have a large eot ,rtb 4 bed house in essex on offer , brilliant for bringing up a family
as schools ect are within walking distance (5 mins) close to local doctors ,shops ect . sort after area in our town, we over look trees to the front no main roads to worry about!. upstairs and downstairs loos sep diner and kitchen ,good size garden with fish ponds and workshop /shed parking is to rear of house , the beds are 2 dbl and 2 single although the singles still take 4ft beds!.
we need a two or three bed house in the torbay area to complete a three way swap
