I have a large 4 bedroom Townhouse in Long Ditton, Surbiton, Surrey. Close to the River Thames and Kingston Upon Thames Town Centre. Approx 6 years old with 19' Hall, D/S Cloakroom, 16' Kitchen/Diner, Lounge, 4 Large Bedrooms (Smallest 13'8" x 7'8") Modern Bathroom, Garden Approx 90' x 18', 2 off Road Parking spaces. The property is located in a small Cul de Sac development of Housing Association Properties, close to a park and within easy walking distance of Schools. I am looking for a 3 bedroom house with garden and parking. All local area’s considered.
