2 bed first floor flat (only two in block, surrounded by private housing) on new estate in Poundbury, Dorchester. On bus routes and only 10-15 mins walk from town center. New fitted kitchen with ajoining dining area and small balcony. Private parking, ample storage sheds outside and plenty inside with vary large attic space. Own front door and lovely sweeping staircase. New fitted power/massage shower and bath. Gas central heating, double glazing throughout. Guiness Trust housing association rent £67.63.
