We have a 4 bedroom detached property in North Walsham in North Norfolk. The house has UPVC double glazing and gas central heating and has just had a new kitchen fitted and large breakfast bar. The property has a very large garden which is enclosed by trees and fences. We live on the edge of the town in a very quiet area. It was originally built for a large family some of whom had disabilities and has been adapted i.e: wider door ways, wet room and access to property and garden is all level.

The house has 4 double bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and two airing cupboards. Downstairs there is a large living room with a gas fire, 2 rooms that can be used as bedrooms or used as a dining room and utility room as we do. There is also a wet room with bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.

Outside at the back door there is a large patio area and out the front we have a medium sized garden and car parking spaces.

We wish to move home to Aberdeenshire because all our family live there, we would consider anywhere in Aberdeenshire within reasonable travelling distance to Aberdeen where our family live. We would like a large 3 bed room house with a dining room or a 4 bed house a reasonable sized garden would be nice.

We have been told by the housing association that the only way the exchange will go ahead is if you have a large enough family to fill the rooms, i.e. 3-4 children or more. Please do not contact us if you do not have a large enough family.

No time wasters as we have already had that with a previous exchange and we would rather not have unreasonable demands made upon us etc....
