3 bed hse, larger bedrooms req, smaller garden needed

I would like a 3 bedroomed house (average sized bedrooms) with a average sized garden in letchworth, herts. At the moment we have a 3 bedroomed (two bedrooms quite small) house with gas central heating throughout, double glazing, living room, kitchen, utility room with plumbing for washing machine, small hallway, stairs to small landing, bathroom, three bedrooms, main bedroom with fitted wardrobes, one bedroom with airing cupboard, internet and cable installed plus phone line. Outside very large garden with shed, side garden and front garden, side gate access for neighbours. We are close to schools, shops, railway, buses, parks and the A1M Razz
