2 bed GFF wroxall, i.o.w for 2 bed anywhere south

I have a 2 bedroom GFF in Wroxall, 1 single, 1 double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, 4 large storage cupboards, own fully fenced in garden. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Quiet cul-de-sac, quiet neighbours, play area next door, walking distance to shops and school, and bus route to main town. Great views of the downs and beautiful walking and cycling routes.

I am looking for a 2-3 bed house or GFF, must have own garden and allow cats. I will consider any areas in the south, below london.
My family are also looking to exchange from the island, and have a 2 bed house in Newport or a 2 bed GFF in Upper Ventnor available.

ground floor 2 bed masonette with back garden, near to shop and bus stop, in outskirts of salisbury wilts.
