I have a 3 bed eot housing association house in penge/anerley se20. We live on a quiet estate but it is a lovely area. The bedrooms are two double and one smaller. upstairs bathroom and toilet, and downstairs toilet. New kitchen of two years and the bathroom will also be renewed by april 08 also. we have a lovely backgarden, and the front has off road parking. downstairs is laminated floor.
