Large 2 beds. Village of Braunton North Devon. I' about a 8min walk to village high rd., all local shops schools etc., lovely sought after area...
2 miles to Saunton Sands 7 mile golden coast and Croyde Bay- sufers beach...beautiful...5 miles to Woolacombe, 6 miles to Ilfromcombe.
15 min drive to Barnstaple main town and train station.
Semi on the corner...large front gardens with sep garage and carport 2/3 cars. Nice enclosed back garden large shed with electric.
Lounge - 20ft x 12ft
Kitchen - 11.6ft x9ft door to dinning
11ft x10ft
bed 1 16ft x12ft
bed 2 11ft x10ft.
Looking for 3 beds with nice back garden (have 2 dogs)..not on big estates. Following areas: up to an hour from London. Bucks..etc., near main line train into london.

| Hey there, We have a 2bed! ground floor maisonette,which is only 6months old. All rooms are spacious,Our back garden isn't that big BUT there is woodland&countryside all around! We are in a cul-de-sac on a private housing development,with only a handfull being HA. The area is extreremely nice, we are in a village called Hook which is in Hampshire right on the Surrey/Berks borders. There is a train station which has direct links to the SW of the country& London Waterloo(35mins) the other way! The M3 is also very close=London being about 30miles. Is this something you'd be interested in? Full details are on this website. |

thanks for the offer- but i am really looking for a 3 bed- but pleae do keep me in mind for a 3 way or what ever.
