3 bedroomed semi detached house exchange needed

Hi, I have a 4apt Semi Detached house in the Parkhead area and i am looking for a 4apt house with garden in the Cardonald,Mosspark,Hillington or surrounding areas.
The house i am in just now is a new build, newly decorated laminate flooring throughout,two bathrooms both tiled, large kitchen/dining room tiled, 3 car driveway and also large secure back garden, alarmed and security lighting both round back and side of house.
Geniune reason for move, have a special needs son and need to be closer to his school and also family.
