Hi,
are you still interested in swapping your house? would you consider our property in Stevenage? it is local to london with very good travel links.

our advert is....

We have a desireable large semi-detached 3-4 bedroom family home, with good sized front and rear gardens and garage.

The house has...
2 double bedrooms
1 very large single room (will fit double bed)
front room
dining room
breakfast room which has been a bedroom or study
fitted kitchen
upstairs bathroom/toilet
downstairs toilet
side access to rear garden
garage connected to rear garden
gas central heating
front,rear & side doors
ample parking

all rooms are neutrally decorated, and the house is situated in a nice quiet part of stevenage, which is 2 miles from the town center and train station, and about 25 mins from london by car/train, also it is walking distance from local shops and both primary and secondary schools.

We are looking for a fresh start in a rural/village location ideally Hampshire but we are open to anywhere within a 2-2.5 hour drive of stevenage , we would like a three bedroom house but will consider a large two bedroom house if it is in the right location.

how about mitcham surrey, next to sw16 postcode.I have a3 bedroom town house 2 doubles,1 single, garage 3 floors, ground toilet and kitchen,First floor living room with balcony and double bedroom, second floor one double one single bedroom and bathroom.This is a council house with right to buy we also have a small garden.
