I have 3 Bed South East Wales - Rural House wanted 2 Bed or less (poss with RTB).
3 bedroom semi detached house, doubble glazed, gas central heating, loft & cavity walls recently insulated, Nuair system fitted in loft. Front & back garden with hardstand. Outside shed. semi rural area only one route into and out of old miners village, very quiet no theft or noise or trouble of any sort, excellent neighbours, vey nice childrens playground in village, bus stop 15 yards from house, nice quiet village pub. Sirhowy Walk & Cycle Path directly opposite house leading to cafe and barbecue/picnic area. No houses in front or back, surrounded by woodlands. Bryn Meadow Golf Club & Country Club to include all leisure activities 1 mile up the lane. 10 minutes drive to local town. Schools & colleges only 10 minute drive.or on bus route. Well sought after area, loads of offers in local area to exchange, but would like a complete change of area due to children all left home & no commitments.
