3 bed adapted house in wilts for dorset gch dg

hi there, we have a 3 bed adapted house in swindon on the outskirts of town, so not too busy, good bus links to town being about 2 miles from centre of town. everything you so close but still out of the way.
we have gas central heating and double glazing, so nice and cosy.
we have a stairlift and ramp access at the front,through the front door you are greeted with the hallway with the stairs in front, kitchen at the end and in between the lounge/diner.
kitchen has been recently redecorated, we have fridge freezer/dishwasher/washing machine and cooker with plenty of cupboards measures approx 8x10. the loung/diner is a good size coming in at 12x22ft. into the hallway we have a stairlift up to the first floor.
upstairs is a smaller hallway with bathroom/wc/3 beds.
the bathroom and toilet have recently been knocked into one to create a much nicer larger space measuring about 10x7ft with large basin toilet power shower and bath.
coming out of the bathroom into the 1st bedroom at rear is a double bedroom large enough for double bed and large wardrobes approx 11x10ft overlooking back garden.
the 2nd bedroom is approx 11x12ft and also houses the hot water tank in a cupboard in the corner.
the 3rd bedroom is about 8x9ft and can be used as a small bedroom but we use it as a laundry/store room, you can fit a single bed in there with a small unit.
the house has optional gas or electric cooking we have electric as thats the cooker we had when we moved in.
the back garden has a great patio laid by my self, sorry had to blow my own trumpet and the whole garden is about 40x20ft lovely garden with plum tree at the bottom.the garden also has a shed with is about 10x8 made of brick but doesnt look out of place, it is an enclosed garden.
the path down the side of the house has a gate so no worries there.
out the front of the house is a ramp to transport a wheelchair so independence is there.parking is in a quite a large parking cul de sac just outside the front of the house.
the local shops are about 800ft away with convenience store for all your groceries/fish and chips shop/hairdressers/bookies and off-licence.
if you want larger stores, tesco is about 1.5 miles away, and about 1/2 mile away we have a shopping complex with gala bingo/restaurants/cinema/kfc/mcdonalds/argos/doitall/staples/pc world/maplin and other stores i cant remember.
further away about 2miles away is swindon shopping precinct with loads and i mean loads of shops, it is immense you can be guaranteed you will find what you want there.
the neighbours are great both sides.
we are looking for anywhere in dorset, we cant be too fussy as there arent many disabled places to swap with, so if you require to be nearer everything but still out of the way, this is the place for you.
