2 bed house Wainfleet Skegness Lincs

I have a 2 bed house in Wainfleet All saints approx 6 miles from Skegness. I am one of two houses on an all private housed street. I am not on an estate and only 1 minute walk from the market and bus stop. All rooms are painted in cream and have white trendy doors(not the boring usual brown ones). the lounge has laminated floor and the windows are double glazed sash ones. the bedrroms are good in size with the front one being the double one that has 2 windows in it. There is bathroom up and a toilet downstairs. the kitchen has beech fitted cupboards with trendy long silver handles and nice dark green worksurfaces. the downstairs loo is decorated in lilac. All carpets throughout except kitchen which has its own special flooring. I have a sky dish which I will leave and there is a home phone line with bt broadband. There is no gas in Wainfleet the heating is kerosene oil which you have to buy in 500 litre quantities and you will need approx 1000 litres a year if your a single parent like me with 1 child. the last 500 litres cost £172. The electric is £5 a week and the water ranges from £6-£8 a week depending on how much you use. The rear garden is small but big enough for table and chairs, tent and kick a footy around at the same time. there is a wooden shed and the oil tank is in back garden. there is room out front for your car but outside the back gate is a big carpark where you have 2 parking spaces allocated to the house.
i want to exchange back to Skegness or Kettering only but I will consider any places nearest to any of them but not on any estates. thank you and goodluck
