large 2 bed flat situated on the ground floor in a quiet estate made up of mostly privately owned houses on the outskirts of Newbury.
Large L shaped living room, large double bedroom and a medium sized second room. large bathroom and seperate kitchen.
The flat is just over 2 year old and is in the process of being redecorated. The estate itself is very pretty with a large field and playground for kids situated in the estate with the canal 2 minutes walk away. Bus routes round the corner along with a convenience store.
20 min to town on foot close to a nursery/primary school and a secondary school. The block is maintained once a week. communal garden, parking and bike shed as well.

we are looking for a two or three bed house but would consider anything with its own garden in the newbury area
