We currently live in a Large 3 bed end terraced house on Fulmar Lane Wellingborough, it has a large front room, a dining room/kitchen (was two separate rooms but knocked into 1, 2 large bedrooms and 1 medium sized Bedroom.Upstairs and downstairs toilets and bath upstairs, double glazed windows, front door due to be replaced with double glazed this year, nice size half grass, half patio garden, and an enclosed front garden, there is a big open field right outside the front gate and finedon road industrial estate is a 2 minute walk, 15 minutes from town by foot, quiet area with friendly neighbours.
5 mins from shops, plenty of schools and parks nearby
We are after a 3 bed house on or close to kingsway, but may consider anywhere  |
