I have a 2 bed house in HUDDERSFIELD, WEST YORKSHIRE

We have a 2 bedroom house in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We live near infant schools, and a high school. We have bus routes going directly into town. Town centre is a 5 minute drive.

We are about a 5 minute walk to local shops and there is a local butcher and baker and a few takeaway shops.

There is also a horse riding centre about 5-10 minute walk from us. We are also near the local Odeon cinema, stadium and sports centre.

The house has 2 bedrooms plus an extra room upstairs which is too big to be a cupboard, yet you can fit a single bed in there, it has no window - god only knows why lol. There is a toilet and seperate bathroom.

There is a good sized kitchen which is newly fitted - NOT council standard stuff, and also click in wooden effect floors all throughout the downstairs.
There is the living room and seperate dining room.
Gas central heating, new double glazed windows and a front garden (roughly 25-30foot long - not actually measured it though).

We are looking for a 3 bed house (will consider a 2 bed house if rooms are large) in the South East area as our familes are all in the buckinghamshire and berkshire areas. We need to be near bus (or train) routes, local amenities and primary schools.
Looking for house or bunglow only. We do not want a flat or Maisonette.

I usually class estates as houses clumped together with a load of cul-de-sacks everywhere (sorry). We live on a long road, I guess some people say it's an estate, some people don't ....you decide Smile
