2 bed 1st floor maisonette in Ryde on brand new Barratts estate - 3 months old. Gorgeous fitted kitchen with space for washing machine and tumble dryer or dishwasher. Large bathroom with shower over bath and airing cupboard. Lounge/diner 12 ft x 17 ft. 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and over stairs cupboard and 1 large single bedroom with large cupboard.
Own front door and stairs. Small garden with large shed, lol. Off road car parking space.
Housing Association - Rent £70 a week.
15 minutes walk to beach or town. Close to schools, buses, Tesco and local Co-op.
Would like 2 bed house, maisonette or bungalow with garden - not on estate - in or very close to Brighton. Nothing above first floor though. |
