Two bed townhouse(not terraced!)in private H.A.courtyard with eight other homes.NO through traffic, each house has parking for cars.We have local shops and Lidl,Aldi,Tesco and M&S are all within easy reach, optician and dentist and P.O.Local GPs,primary and secondary schools and yet we are really private and quiet.Mature garden(fully fenced with 2metre high fencing)to the rear where we have BBQs in the summer or just sit out.
South facing living room and master bedroom which means this is always a warm house, seldom need heating for ten months of the year.GCH,D.G. and Economy 7 for cheap water heating.
Sad We have to leave after nine years as my partner had an accident and is no longer able to walk far,he was also diagnosed last year with young onset dementia whic means I shall increasingly need support and help from my family in Lincolnshire as I am his carer.
If not for this,we wouldn't move,we planted the garden nine years ago and love it and adore our home but......
If any one can help, please contact me,thank you.xx

HI, Would Boston be of any help to you? We are not rural but the neighbours are excellent and there are lots of amenities to take advantage of. This is an end terrace 3 bed, downstairs bathroom, g/c/h, d/g with large garden and off street parking/driveway. We have family in Cardiff we would like to be closer to. Please let me know what you think.
Sam

Hi Samantha,a friend of ours has responded to your advert and sent out details. We could arrange a small multi-swap as we would like to have Shari's home. We had all but given up and decided to stay here as we have a lovely home and location. Hope you consider this. Di and Steve
