lincoln to sussex swop please

hi,
i have a 3 bed r.t.b. council house on the edge of lincoln ln2 area.
g.c.h 100ft garden drive at front and small garden
3 double bedrooms, new fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath and loo and downstairs loo also.
front room is 17ft by 12 and runs the length of house so lovely and sunny all year round
kitchen also runs the length of house and is same

need to move back to sussex to support family

have recently given the house a new lick of paint! but it is not perfect but happy and neutral for anyone to make their own

need 3 bed with garden preferably near to worthing but will consider anywhere in sussex

This house in on the edge of an estate, the road is nice, the children can play outside safely and all of my neighbours are peaceful people. there are schools for all ages all within walking distance and there is a shopping complex within 10 mins walk too, is a good area for families and we have been very happy here

if anyone from scotland( preferably aberdeen) fancies moving to lincoln, i have 2 definate people that would form a chain.....we have just been let down badly by a house in aberdeen pulling out, so the search continues, if you want a straight swop from sussex to lincoln thats cool also!
