This is a mid terraced 3 bedroomed house. Upstairs- 2 double bedrooms (1 with built in cupboard), 1 single bedroom with built in cupboard, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, 1 airing cupboard on landing. Downstairs-entrance hall, Living room, separate dining room both laminated flooring, kitchen newly fitted and newly laid ceramic dark grey tiles, back door leads onto a yard/ patio area, 1 very large brick shed/workshop and 1 smaller brick shed, approx 100 foot long grass garden, at the top is a fenced off children’s area, all bark chipped, and has a 2 storey wooden play house!! Also in the play area is trees.
This is a lovely house which is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 5 young children!!!

We are looking for Large 3 or 4+ bed roomed houses in NE. Would like to be close to the coastal areas, but if you in these areas get in touch please!
Must have Back garden
Would prefer a drive but if the house is nice enough who cares!!

We would like to move just simply due to the fact me and my husband were brought up in Shrewsbury and would like a new start somewhere new, and would to be closer to family.
