2 bed hse with garden N17

2 bed hse with 2 double rooms and on the second bedroom there is a third room, it's used as a bedroom, big enough to hold double bed, or turn in to office e.c.t.
theres a seperate liv/diner, 2 toilets and a medium size garden.
the hse is on a very small street and in a nice part of the area, would suit small family.
there is no parking restrictions and the high road is less than a minute walk.
there is two tube stations(victoria line) and 2 over rail lines all within 5 mins of each other.

am looking for a 3 bed hse with garden driveway would be a (bonus) but must have garden as we have a cat.
