HI THERE,
WE HAVE A 3/4 BED SEMI DETATCHED EOT HOUSE IN LOUGHTON WE HAVE CONVERTED DOWNSTAIRS TO MAKE A 4TH BEDROOM RTB LARGE REAR GARDEN WITH APPROX 80 FOOT LONG 40 FOOT WIDE WITH A REAR DRIVEWAY
OPPOSITE BOTH INFANTS AND JUNIOR SCHOOLS FIELDS 2 MINUTES WALK AWAY CLOSE TO TUBE AND TOWN CENTRE SENIOR SCHOOL 10 MINUTES WALK AWAY NICE AREA.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A 3/4 BED SEMI OR DETATCHED WITH RTB MUST HAVE A SEPERATE DINING ROOM TO COVERT INTO 4TH BEDROOM AND NEED A LARGE GARDEN

Hi my name is i have seen your add for council exchange which i am interested in. We have a 3 bed semi council house all newly refurbished by council ie. new bathroom, kithchen, wiring, central heating very nice area with separate dining room and lounge with big garden and front is about 110 feet away from the road with lawn in front local shools shopping etc. Been here for nine years dont want to move but for job reasons would like to move your area.
